When Will My Life Not Suck?

When I read the introduction and the first chapter of this manuscript, I wrote to Ramon and said, “Send me more.” I knew this was a book I wanted to read. My enthusiasm was fully rewarded. Ramon Presson has the unique ability of unveiling the hurt and pointing the way to hope. This book is not written from an ivory tower, but from the trenches of life. While Ramon is a professional counselor, you will not be given psychological jargon. Rather you will feel the pain of a real person who writes out of life’s struggles. My experience has taught me that the people who write best write honestly. Here you will read truth couched in reality and expressed in candor. Truth always leads to hope and freedom.

Book Blurb

Ramon Presson, a member of the National Society of Newspaper Columnists, is one of the longest running columnists in the Nashville area and one of the most popular. At times Presson’s pen flows in pure humor to entertain his readers. Other times, the approach is serious and insightful on a topic that is poignant.

“Something I’ve appreciated and have never taken for granted is that the publishers along with the many managing editors I’ve written for over almost two decades have given me great liberty to write about whatever fun topic or serious issue I was drawn to that week. I have felt trusted and have sought to honor that trust and gift of freedom by striving to consistently deliver good work. I also want to honor my readers’ trust by giving them reason to keep coming back week after week, and if I’m being honest, to make them wonder, “What’s Presson got up his sleeve this time?”
